Barwon River Trail is a 20 km loop around the picturesque scenery of both banks of the river through the south side of Geelong, from Fyansford to Breakwater. It passes through parks, playgrounds, golf courses, a waterbird sanctuary and wetlands.

At the Fyansford end we can stop in and have a gander at the historic site of the Old Paper Mills. Here's hoping restrictions have been lifted enough by then for café and other facilities to be open.
