This is our quarterly evening of conversation where we put together the upcoming season of rides. We've had to conduct these planning sessions by Zoom for the past year but it seems we're free to meet in person again. However, whereas in the past we could just wing the numbers in attendance, for booking purposes we now need an accurate idea of how many will turn up. If you're coming please RSVP by Midday, Friday the previous week.
Everyone is welcome to suggest a ride or offer to lead one. We like to have a mix of rides so if you have a thought, do feel free to come along and air it. The more of us who take part in proposing ideas for our calendar the better we'll meet a diverse range of cycling interests. Even if you have no ride ideas at all, you're more than welcome to join us. There'll be a wealth of ride planning experience in the meeting if you feel like making your mark on the calendar.

The venue will be, Union Club Hotel beer garden, 164 Gore St, Fitzroy. Turn up for dinner at 7pm or skip the eating and meet at 7:30 if you're just in it for ride planning and a beverage. There might be a venue change depending on availability of patron quota. You'll be notified if you've sent your RSVP.
