Meet at Footscray Arts Centre to start with a coffee before heading off on a very flat 7km river-trail to the turnaround point of Poyntons Nursery in Essendon - check out the garden stuff if you want...
Ride to the Incinerator Gallery for a quick tour of whatever is on, and then head to the Boathouse cafe for lunch. Return via the same route along the river. Plenty of interesting places along the way to dawdle and investigate.
